Breathing on a 4 count in equal parts to create a box. Starting with a nasal inhale, first breath hold, nasal exhale, and second hold. The pace and pattern of this breath clears the mind and draws our attention to one thing. Great to use before a big event or mental situation to calm the mind and bring our energy back to our body.
